Itec

ITEC, set up in 1991 as a spin-off from Philips, is a Netherlands-based semiconductor-equipment maker headquartered in Nijmegen, with offices in Hong Kong and Wuxi, China. Geared to high-volume, high-accuracy semiconductor manufacturing, it produces die bonders, die sorters, high-throughput production testers (the Parset family), automated optical inspection (AOI) systems (PHIXEL), and smart-manufacturing software (ITECore). Its ADAT3 XF platform, which includes the Tagliner for RFID inlays, reaches speeds up to 70,000 units per hour with 2-micron accuracy, supporting uses such as mini-LED displays and discrete semiconductors. With more than 2,500 systems installed worldwide, ITEC enables the production of over 100 billion semiconductors a year. It partners with leading semiconductor firms, emphasizes sustainability, AI-driven inspection, and Industry 4.0, and is known for an inventive, startup-like culture backed by more than 30 years of expertise.
