Everestlabs

Founded in 2018, EverestLabs operates as a Fremont, California-based climate tech company specialising in AI and robotics for recycling and waste management. The flagship product, RecycleOS, is an AI-powered operating system that brings vision technology, machine learning, and robotic cells together to automate material recovery in Material Recovery Facilities. RecycleOS reaches over 97% AI accuracy, sorting more than 50 material classes, and recovers 2-3x more recyclables than manual sorting - robots make 60 picks per minute at 80-95% accuracy. Key clients include Caglia Environmental, Sims Municipal Recycling, and Pioneer Recycling. Deployments save more than 1 million aluminium cans annually at facilities such as Caglia's.
