IMI plc, founded in 1862 and headquartered in Birmingham, UK, is a global engineering company centered on fluid- and motion-control technology. Its IMI Precision Engineering division, sold under the Norgren brand, offers pneumatic actuators, valve islands, air-preparation units, fluid-control valves, IO-Link solutions, and electric actuators for industrial automation, food-and-beverage, rail, and life-sciences customers.
