Samvardhana Motherson and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics formed a Dubai-based automotive logistics JV.
The JV combines Hellmann’s freight network with Motherson’s Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Assembly, and Logistics ecosystem spanning 30,000 suppliers. Services include third-party and fourth-party logistics for OEMs and supplier networks.
Automotive supply chains face rising complexity: multi-tier global sourcing, battery systems requiring specialized handling, just-in-time delivery windows that permit zero disruption. The partnership builds infrastructure to handle these variables across geographies.
Expansion planned for Europe, North America, India, and the Middle East.
