Industrial waste recycling and equipment manufacturing are the business of MTB Recycling, a global leader. Operating on an 80,000 m2 site, it processes 60,000 tonnes of complex waste a year, specializing in non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum) and WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment). It designs and manufactures robust equipment, pre-shredders (EZR 1600e, BDR 2400R), granulators (BAT 845, SRP2800), and separators (SMB, eddy current), plus turnkey lines for cables, tires, plastics, and ASR (auto shredder residue), with its GATOR BOX (fitted with the RSX bi-rotor shredder) excelling in WEEE processing. Founded in 1981 and following a unique operator-manufacturer model, MTB tests its machines on-site for reliability and innovation. Committed to sustainability, it supports zero-waste goals and The Sea Cleaners' Manta project for ocean-plastic cleanup, and as part of the French Fab it exports to more than 50 countries and invests heavily in R&D for recycling green-energy products such as batteries.
