Its proprietary PHYre technology recycles carbon fibre reinforced polymers (CFRPs) from composite waste, producing high-quality, sustainable carbon fibres with a 90% reduced greenhouse gas footprint compared with virgin fibres. The product range includes PHYre DRY (long), PHYre CSM (chopped), and PHYre CMF (micronised), serving aeronautics, automotive, and wind energy customers. The solvent-based process retains more than 98% of the fibres' mechanical properties, enabling applications in non-wovens, compounds, and additive manufacturing.
