Operating since 1996, Closed Loop Recycling tackles industrial recycling from a different angle: keeping commercial and industrial textiles in circulation rather than landfill. Reusable absorbent mats, PPE laundering for gloves, aprons, and vests, and shop towel and T-rag laundering form the company's core offering, all aligned with clients' zero-landfill goals and ISO 14001 ambitions. By cleaning and returning non-hazardous materials, the service routinely saves customers as much as $5,000 a year in disposal costs and generates the sustainability reporting they need. Manufacturing, automotive, and logistics make up the principal customer base, served from hubs in St. Louis, Indianapolis, Oklahoma City, Charlotte, Las Vegas, and Houston. The Illinois Recycling Association honoured the company in 2014 for outstanding service, recognising its work in turning three waste streams into reusable products.
