Based in Austell, Georgia and founded in 2012, the company turns out sustainable, on-demand T-shirts locally, shrinking lead times to hours and cutting carbon footprints by more than 60%. Nine years of development, backed by Georgia Tech, DARPA, and Walmart Foundation funding, produced technology that makes modular, scalable manufacturing possible for home goods, footwear, and apparel. With $26.8M raised — including $18.1M in a 2021 Series B from CTW Venture Partners and Ellis Capital — it employs roughly 35-50 people, and its SewOS software fine-tunes robotic coordination and sustainability.
