(SA), established in 2005. A key player, Samtel Avionics designs, develops, manufactures, and maintains avionics systems, cockpit displays, opto-electronics, and electronic-warfare systems for fixed- and rotary-wing platforms, with notable contributions to HAL's Su-30 MKI and Mirage 2000 upgrades.
