PCBA testing is the heart of Kyoritsu Electric India Private Limited's work, with in-circuit testers (ICT, such as Focus 2000 and ALMAX), function testers, and automated optical inspection (AOI) machines, plus ICT and functional test jigs for brands such as Agilent, Teradyne, Spea, TRI, and OKANO. SMT turnkey solutions, PCB separators, dispensing syringes, soldering ovens, and AGVs round out an electronic-manufacturing-services offering for automotive, electronics, and telecommunications customers. Set up in 2008 as the wholly owned Indian arm of Japan's Kyoritsu Electric Corporation and Kyoritsu Test System, it is headquartered in Vasai, Thane, with offices in New Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, and Chennai, and supports more than 200 next-generation ICT installations worldwide. In-house jig manufacturing, traceability, and LabVIEW-based software lift its quality, and as a consultant training partner for the ESSCI Skill Development Program it sets up live SMT lines across India in step with Make in India.
