Hunan Noah Automation Equipment Co., Ltd (Noah), founded in 2012, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in industrial and collaborative welding robots and robotic control systems. From its Changsha, Hunan base, it develops solutions for welding (MIG, TIG, laser, and plasma), material handling, palletizing, pick-and-place, bending, and coating. By 2018 its control systems were running more than half of all Chinese-brand robots, with 90% of those used in welding. The company's first proprietary robot, the RH14-10-W, launched in 2018 and was followed by sales topping 2,000 units in 2019. Employing 160 staff, 60 of them R&D engineers, and holding more than 100 patents, Noah invests heavily in multi-layer welding algorithms, laser tracking, and offline programming. It serves small and medium enterprises worldwide through five technical support centers across China and partnerships with 50 cooperative integrators.
