Established in 2017 by founders Pranav Manpuria and Abhishek Gupta, Flux Auto operates from Bengaluru. The company develops autonomous driving kits and AI-powered vehicle automation software, supporting full vehicle automation for commercial applications in controlled environments such as warehouses, farms, and mines. The modular, LiDAR-free technology retrofits existing vehicles to lift safety, productivity, and cost efficiency. Additional offices in San Francisco and Houston extend the operation, and the company has secured $1.25M in seed funding from Y Combinator and 7percent Ventures, reaching a $10.9M valuation in 2020.
