Control One

Control One Logistics Private Limited is a young AI startup - founded in 2023 in Bengaluru - building warehouse automation around a clear concept: turning slow, conventional material handling equipment into autonomous AI agents. The product line includes One AI Pallet Trucks, One AI Forklifts, One AI Reach Trucks, and the C-One Command Station that orchestrates them. The underlying engineering combines VSLAM with digital twin technology and NVIDIA AI; the resulting vision-to-action model lets robots navigate dynamic environments, adapt to change, and put human safety first. Control One holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, raised $350K in a 2023 seed round, and focuses its India operations on industrial warehouses and manufacturing.
