Girish Basavaraju leads the global operations that connect Cosette's development, manufacturing, and commercial functions across geographies. He brings over two decades of pharma leadership spanning process R&D, manufacturing, quality, sustainability, and business operations. Earlier, at Syngene International, he rose through engineering and research roles to head MSAT, Sustainability & Special Projects, and helped build the oligonucleotides business unit from the ground up. A Six Sigma Black Belt with a PhD and an MBA from IIM Kozhikode, he is a frequent speaker on operational excellence, digital transformation, and the evolving role of Global Capability Centers in pharma.
