Excel Industries Ltd., set up in 1941, is one of India’s first domestic chemical manufacturers, headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. A BSE-listed company (ticker: EXCELINDUS), it focuses on sustainable waste management and chemical manufacturing. Its Environ-Biotech division supplies Organic Waste Converters (OWC) like Excel BioRapid (450 kg/day) and BioTurn (500 kg/day), processing over 3,000 MT of organic waste daily for bulk waste generators like hotels, airports, and temples.
