MediaTek Opens Second India R&D Center in Noida

Industry context:  MediaTek designs systems-on-chip for mobile devices, home entertainment, connectivity, and IoT products, powering over 2 billion devices annually.

Our take : MediaTek’s Noida expansion follows a similar pattern seen from other semiconductor companies establishing dual-hub operations in India. The facility placement in NCR diversifies geographic concentration beyond Bengaluru.
