Dr. Tathagata Dutta
President, Jodas Expoim Pvt. Ltd.
Dr. Tathagata Dutta is the President of Jodas Expoim and a pioneer of drug and gene delivery and gene therapy in India. Across more than two decades in global pharma he has held President, CSO, Executive Director, and Managing Director & CEO roles at multinational companies, spanning R&D, operations, and quality. He holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar, completed postdoctoral research on RNAi Therapeutics at the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia and is an alumnus of IIM Calcutta. He is also a graduate in Law with Specialization in Intellectual Property Rights and International Arbitration. His work spans liposomes, nanoparticles, dendrimers, microspheres, complex injectable, Vaccines, Biologics and RNAi therapeutics, with numerous patents, publications, and national and international awards. He has been featured on the cover page of multiple magazines and is associated with multiple international bodies and NGOs in different capacities.
