Rockwell’s India talent development Program Wins Eight Brandon Hall Awards

Rockwell Automation is putting its India talent-development programme under the spotlight after its Gurukul leadership programme won eight honours in the 2026 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards.

The programme received four Gold and four Silver awards across learning and development, talent management, leadership development and future-of-work categories. Brandon Hall says its HCM awards assess programmes against factors including business need, design, innovation, adoption and measurable organisational impact.

The programme is focused on preparing technical and functional leaders for broader business roles. Gurukul was created for high-potential team leads as Rockwell Automation India continues to develop its Global Capability Center.
