Giuliano Parodi to lead TVH as CEO

Belgian industrial parts major TVH has tapped Giuliano Parodi to lead the company as Chief Executive Officer, with his tenure beginning September 1, 2026. He arrives with close to a quarter-century of leadership across industrial machinery and automotive businesses.

Parodi moves over from Japanese major Yanmar, where he most recently shaped corporate strategy as Group Chief Strategy Officer and a board member. His earlier career includes senior positions at Bobcat under the Doosan Group and at Fiat Group.

Patrick Lecluyse, the current Executive Chairman, will hand off operationally to Parodi during a transition window before stepping back into a pure Chairman role. The appointment comes as a calibrated bet on a sector veteran to drive TVH’s next leg of global aftermarket and parts expansion.
