Robotic joint actuators, soft grippers (the T-Grip for Universal Robots compatibility), and actuator testing rigs are the field Twara Robotics Private Limited leads, a pre-venture under ARTPARK (I-Hub @ IISc), previously known as Gati Robotics, aiming to enable automation across industries regardless of scale. Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Bengaluru, and seed-funded by the Department of Science & Technology and the Government of Karnataka, and part of the CAMRAS accelerator under the Ministry of Heavy Industries, it focuses on fundamental robotic components for collaborative robots (cobots) and unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs).
