Nvidia Graphics signed a 10-year lease for 7.6 lakh square feet at Bagmane Capital’s Memphis South Tower.
The Mahadevpura space marks Nvidia’s biggest single office commitment in India, bringing its total Indian footprint to over 11.35 lakh square feet across six cities. The facility will house AI engineering and R&D teams as the chipmaker doubles down on Indian talent for its global operations.
Nvidia is now consolidating larger operations in Bengaluru, which continues to see massive tech expansion.
This is in line with other large players like Google , Amazon who both locked large spaces over last 12 months. Microsoft is currently negotiating for another 1.2 million square feet to add to its India presence.
