General Mills Names Anjali Singh to Lead Global Business Solutions

Fortune 500 food company General Mills has appointed Anjali Singh as Head of Global Business Solutions and Site Lead for its India Center, elevating the center’s role as a global capability hub.

Singh brings 25 years across banking, financial services, telecom, and consulting. She joins from Ericsson, where she served as Global Business Head. Previous roles include senior positions at Deutsche Bank, Genpact, EY, and American Express.

She’ll lead Global Business Solutions worldwide while anchoring the India Center, which drives capability building and business growth across General Mills’ global operations. Her mandate: align people strategy with business objectives, strengthen leadership, and drive HR consistency.

General Mills generated $19 billion in fiscal 2025 sales with brands including Cheerios, Häagen-Dazs, and Betty Crocker. The company’s Accelerate strategy focuses on brand building, innovation, and scale.

Singh said she’s excited to join a company with strong heritage and forward vision, committed to strengthening global capabilities for the company’s next growth chapter.
