Honeywell has struck a deal to sell its Productivity Solutions and Services division to label and identification products maker Brady Corporation. The business which makes mobile computers, barcode scanners, and printing solutions for warehouse and logistics operations brought in around $1.1 billion in revenue in 2025 and has roughly 3,000 employees worldwide.
For Honeywell, it’s another piece of a deliberate restructuring. The company has been steadily trimming its portfolio ahead of a planned aerospace spin-off, which remains on track for Q3 2026. For Brady, the deal adds data capture, mobile computing, and workflow automation to its existing portfolio of safety and identification products.
