Renewable energy provider POWERCON Group has appointed Deepika Chavan as Chief People Officer for her second stint, reinforcing organizational capabilities during aggressive expansion.
Chavan brings nearly two decades across IT, renewable energy, FMCG, and EPC sectors. She previously worked at POWERCON from 2017 to 2021, plus roles at Monster India, VA TECH WABAG, Sula Vineyards, ITCube, and Tekdi Technologies.
She’ll align people strategy with business objectives, strengthen leadership, enhance organizational effectiveness, and build structured talent pipelines across POWERCON’s portfolio companies.
Founder and CEO Praveen Kakulte said reinforcing strength, agility, and alignment is critical as POWERCON advances to become India’s unique Total Solution Provider for renewable energy. “Deepika’s experience positions her to contribute meaningfully during this explosive growth phase.”

Chavan said the company is at a pivotal growth stage with clear focus on expanding its renewable energy footprint.
