Founded in 1983, Adept Fluidyne Pvt Ltd is a Pune-based company certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 3834-2, and was acquired by Yokogawa Electric Corporation in 2024. As one of India's largest flowmeter makers, it specialises in electromagnetic flowmeters (such as the MagFlow 6410 and MagBP6440), ultrasonic flowmeters (such as the UFM6710), BTU/heat meters (the 6430 with BACnet IP/RS 485), and the IoT Gateway 5000 for Industry 4.0 applications. With more than 75,000 installations across over 25 countries, Adept serves the water, wastewater, oil and gas, chemicals, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, textiles, and power industries. Its Pune facilities include two factories with robotic welding, a design centre, and an ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited calibration lab for flowmeters up to DN 2000.
