The platform connects machine makers, service providers, and production teams through AI assistants that surface technical documentation, maintenance protocols, and repair procedures on demand running around the clock to reduce downtime and standardise workflows. ServiceNow will integrate the platform into its AI Platform and list it on the ServiceNow Store, connecting industrial knowledge directly into enterprise IT and OT workflows. The Next Level Mittelstand initiative adds implementation support for small and mid-sized manufacturers without dedicated AI resources.
