Regal Rexnord Names Schneider Electric Executive as Next CEO

Milwaukee-based Regal Rexnord has appointed Aamir Paul as Chief Executive Officer, effective no later than July 1, 2026. Paul will succeed Louis Pinkham following conclusion of his Schneider Electric responsibilities.

Paul currently serves as President of North America at Schneider Electric, where he grew the business at double-digit rates through 2025. The operation generated over $17 billion in 2025 revenue, employed 43,000-plus people, and operated 35-plus manufacturing facilities.

The 48-year-old brings global experience across sales, strategy, and operations. Before Schneider Electric, he spent 13 years at Dell Technologies in increasingly senior sales roles, ultimately as SVP of Global Server Solutions Sales.

Non-Executive Chairman Rakesh Sachdev cited Paul’s track record driving growth across complex global businesses, team-building commitment, innovation culture, and deep experience in Regal Rexnord’s core growth markets including data centers and discrete automation.

Paul will join the board upon starting, with an initial term through the 2027 Annual Meeting. Pinkham remains CEO until Paul’s start date for smooth transition.

Regal Rexnord’s 30,000 associates provide motion solutions across discrete automation, food and beverage, aerospace, medical, and data center industries.
