Promotion of Taiwan's ICT industry through trade shows such as COMPUTEX and Smart City Summit & Expo (SCSE) is the work of the Taipei Computer Association (TCA), Taiwan's largest ICT industry association. Founded in 1974 with 15 members and now representing more than 3,100 companies across software, hardware, semiconductor, and system-integration sectors, it showcases smart-city applications in transportation, healthcare, and manufacturing and supports digital transformation, cybersecurity, and sustainable urban development. Operating offices in Taipei, Taichung, Kaohsiung, and overseas in Japan, China, India, and Malaysia, TCA fosters global collaboration and technology diplomacy.
