The 2022 merger with Emerson’s OSI Inc. and Geological Simulation Software, with Emerson holding a 55% stake, enhanced its portfolio, followed by the 2023 acquisition of inmation Software GmbH, forming AspenTech DataWorks. Serving over 2,500 customers globally, such as TotalEnergies and ExxonMobil, AspenTech drives sustainability, reducing emissions and improving efficiency.
