Power transmission infrastructure company Resonia has appointed Prashant Sinha as Chief Executive Officer, elevating him from his previous role as Chief Operating Officer. Sinha will lead Resonia’s growth strategy as India accelerates its energy transition and grid infrastructure expansion.
With nearly three decades of experience across power, infrastructure, and financial sectors, Sinha brings proven expertise in large-scale project execution. During his tenure as COO, he strengthened project execution and drove operational excellence across Resonia’s transmission portfolio while championing mechanization in transmission construction.
An electrical engineering graduate from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Sinha holds management credentials from IIM Indore. His career includes leadership roles at ICRA, L&T Infrastructure Finance, L&T Finance, Suzlon Wind Energy, and Bondbazaar, along with senior positions at Avera and Tata Consulting Engineers with global P&L responsibility.
