NEURA Robotics and Qualcomm Team Up to Crack Physical AI’s Computing Challenge

German robotics firm NEURA will integrate Qualcomm’s Dragonwing IQ10 processors as reference designs across its robotic platforms, pairing semiconductor muscle with the company’s cognitive robotics software and Neuraverse ecosystem. The cloud-based platform handles simulation, training, and fleet management—letting robots share learned behaviors across entire deployments rather than learning in isolation.

The partnership centers on building standardized architectures that combine high-level perception and reasoning with ultra-low-latency motor control. For robots working alongside humans in factories or homes, milliseconds matter. Processing needs to happen on-device, not after a round trip to data centers.

NEURA recently secured reported funding of over one billion dollars from Tether to shift from R&D into industrial-scale manufacturing. Adding Qualcomm’s processor expertise addresses computational bottlenecks just as the company expands production capacity.
