Thomas Mathew joins as Director – Marketing & Technology. A Vesuvius veteran with 28 years in the industry, he returns after a stint as Director of Marketing & Solutions at RHI Magnesita. Ashis Jain comes in as Procurement Director, bringing 15 years of experience including a significant tenure as Head of Global Sourcing at Tata Steel. Purushottam Bedare takes on the role of Commercial Director – Installed Products, with 19 years of experience in iron and steel accounts and eight years already with the company. Vikram Maladi steps in as Supply Chain Director, with 17 years of experience across FMCG — including 12 years at Amway India and five at Godrej Consumer Products.
The four appointments collectively signal a broad-based strengthening ahead of what the company expects to be a demanding year.
