TransTech Acquires Teknoflow, Plants Flag in India’s Engineered Products Market

TransTech Group has acquired a controlling shareholding in Teknoflow Green Equipments, marking its first manufacturing presence in India. The Houston-based industrial solutions provider gains access to Nashik-based Teknoflow’s 180,000 sq ft of fabrication capacity and expertise in engineered process equipment.

Founded in 1989, Teknoflow designs and manufactures ASME-coded pressure vessels, shell and tube heat exchangers, modular process skids, columns, and heavy structural assemblies for OEMs and EPC firms. The company serves customers across more than 25 countries in energy and industrial infrastructure markets. TransTech operates 14 locations spanning the United States and Europe with over 800,000 sq ft of fabrication space; Teknoflow’s addition extends this footprint into South Asia.

Existing leadership continues operations while gaining access to TransTech’s technical resources, global customer networks, and broader manufacturing platform. For TransTech, India offers cost-effective production combined with engineering talent and proximity to growing Asian markets.
