Tata Chemicals Reshapes Top Leadership with New Roles and Succession

Tata Chemicals has announced a leadership restructuring effective February, 2026, combining planned succession with the creation of two new C-suite positions.

On the succession front, Chief Commercial Officer K.R. Venkatadri will superannuate on March 31, 2026. Alok Chandra, formerly Chief HSE, has been designated CCO from February 1 and will formally assume the role from April 1.

Two new positions have also been created: Narasimha V. Kamath takes charge as Chief Safety, Sustainability & Manufacturing Officer, consolidating three critical functions under one leader, while Rajesh Kamat joins as Chief Strategy & Projects Officer.
