The plant boasts of key capabilities like Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-hole Technology (THT) boards, packaging for QFPs, BGAs, LGAs, and IPMs and hopes to be a key players in the global semincondutor supply chain.
The facility is surely geared towards supporting the domestic EV and 5G ecosystems both equally bullish sub plots in the India growth story, however it has a keen eye at international markets which is reflected in the key partnerships the company has with Mitsui & Co, UST, SiMa and others.
