Bosch Rexroth has introduced TS 7plus – a next gen transfer system capable of handling a payloads of up to 3000 kg. For a modular conveyor system that is amongst the most powerful ones available today.
Key highlights:
Fully electric, modular with configurable sections in lift-rotators etc .Has a high throughput with speeds upto 24m/min. It has a low maintenance design and claims to be energy efficient. It targets automotive, battery and aerospace manufacturing industries that typically need large, heavy assemblies.
With majority of the industry still using slower and less efficient solutions for high volume flow or the legacy conveyors which have capacity limits of around 1000 kg , this is where the TS 7 plus comes in to provide the needed upgrade .
The industries that need continuous movement of heavy assemblies and scalable production lines have also been exploring mobile robots for movement in between production lines, a solution still evolving.
