ARAPL RaaS Private Limited, a subsidiary of listed automation company Affordable Robotic & Automation Ltd (ARAPL), has signed a term sheet to raise ₹48 crore in equity funding from Sai Green Projects Private Limited.
The funds are earmarked for expansion and technology development in the warehouse automation and robotics space where the company operates AI and SaaS-enabled robotic solutions.
ARAPL RaaS, a relatively young entity founded in 2021 was acquired by parent company ARAPL in March 2024.
The Indian robotics and automation market is generating a lot of interest, with players ranging from ABB Robotics India to Honeywell and Tata Elxsi all active across industrial and warehouse automation segments.
