Dixon Technologies has appointed Josh Foulger as President of IT Hardware and New Projects at Padget Electronics Private Limited, its wholly-owned subsidiary, effective February 16, 2026. The strategic hire brings over 30 years of global electronics manufacturing expertise to drive growth in the IT hardware vertical.
Foulger joins from Zetwerk, where he served as CEO of Electronics, leading rapid expansion into new manufacturing verticals and successfully integrating acquisitions. Prior to Zetwerk, he spent nearly a decade as Managing Director of Bharat FIH, part of the Foxconn Technology Group, helping establish the company as a key manufacturing partner for consumer electronics brands.
His appointment focuses on driving expansion of Padget Electronics’ IT hardware and devices portfolio as Dixon deepens its presence in consumer and enterprise electronics manufacturing. Padget operates as a contract manufacturer specializing in mobile phones and set-top boxes, with a large facility in Noida.
The appointment supports Dixon’s aggressive expansion plans, with projected FY26 capital expenditure between Rs. 1,100-1,200 crores for business expansion across multiple electronics categories.
