AgiBot at MWC 2026, Eyes European Expansion

Chinese robotics company AgiBot used MWC 2026 in Barcelona as a platform to display its most comprehensive lineup of humanoid and embodied robots to a European audience, signalling a clear push to build commercial partnerships across the continent.

The company is now one of the largest humanoid robot manufacturers globally by shipment volume, presented six distinct robot platforms at the event — each designed for a specific deployment context. The full-sized A2 Series humanoids are built for reception and guided navigation roles, while the compact X2 Series targets entertainment, education, and research environments. The G2 wheeled humanoids are designed for industrial precision assembly tasks, and the D1 quadruped robots are suited for logistics and patrol functions. The lineup also includes the C5 autonomous cleaning solution and OmniHand, a high-dexterity manipulator for both service and industrial use.

Its MWC presence is part of a broader European expansion strategy, building on earlier exhibitions in Milan and Munich. With Europe increasingly receptive to industrial automation, AgiBot appears to be positioning itself early in what could become a significant market.
