Omori India has made its move into pharmaceutical packaging with a blister system built to meet stringent regulatory requirements. The Vadodara-based manufacturer, known for high-speed flow wrap machines across food and consumer goods sectors, developed this offering in partnership with Rockwell Automation.
The system addresses 21 CFR Part 11 compliance—a critical regulatory framework governing electronic records and signatures in pharma manufacturing. It runs on FactoryTalk Optix SCADA software and uses CompactLogix controllers to deliver audit trails, system validation, and secure authentication protocols that pharmaceutical operations demand.
Omori has built its reputation wrapping everything from biscuits to chocolate bars for big players and brands. The pharma expansion represents a calculated shift into a sector where precision and documentation standards run higher than in food packaging.
Omori’s engineering approach combines decades of experience in automated feeding and product handling with the control systems expertise Rockwell brings
